These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SA Classes Inc. ("SA Classes", "we", "us") website and tutoring services. By using our website, enquiring, or enrolling, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
SA Classes provides tutoring and test-preparation services for Grade 9–12 students, including personalized learning plans, weekly practice tests, and evaluation reports, delivered online and/or in person in Scarborough, Ontario. Course details, format and pricing are described on the relevant course pages and may be updated from time to time.
Enrollment is completed by a parent or legal guardian for students under the age of majority. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to enroll the student. We may confirm scheduling and details after you submit an enrollment form, typically within one business day.
Fees are as stated on the applicable course page or as otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms (amount, schedule and method) are confirmed at enrollment. (confirm payment terms) Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Session scheduling, rescheduling, missed-session and cancellation terms are described at enrollment and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We are committed to helping students improve, and we measure progress through practice tests and evaluations. However, academic results depend on many factors, including student effort and attendance, and we do not guarantee any specific grade, score or outcome.
The website, its content, and any learning materials we provide are the property of SA Classes or its licensors and are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use only. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold or used commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Features such as the chatbot are provided for general information and convenience.
The site may link to third-party sites or services (for example, WhatsApp or a payment provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SA Classes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
